The Sally Challenge
2019 date TBC
The Sally Challenge is a charity duathlon (bike/run) in aid of the charity. In memory of Sally McAllister who passed away from bowel cancer on 27th December 2011, the Sally Challenge has raised £100K for various good causes over six instalments. Starting at the Beech Tree Inn participants jump on their bikes and cycle 15 road miles before returning to the Event Village where they will change into trainers. A 10K on the West Highland Way and a leg-sapping hill later, and runners will arrive back at the Event Village.
The Challenge is Sally’s legacy.
