Turn Every Mile Into Impact

Breaking Strain partners with charities across the UK to help supporters take on unforgettable trail races while raising money for causes that matter.

Our flagship races, Run the Blades and Run the Borders, attract runners from across the country looking for a challenge. By partnering with Breaking Strain, charities can offer their supporters the chance to take part in these events while fundraising for their organisation.

From first-time trail runners to experienced ultra athletes, there are multiple distances available, meaning supporters of all abilities can get involved.

How Charity Partnerships Work

We work with charities to create simple, effective fundraising opportunities linked to our races.

Charities can:

    • Encourage supporters to run for their cause
• Purchase ticket bundles to guarantee places
• Create fundraising targets for participants
• Build teams of runners representing their organisation

Breaking Strain manages the race logistics and event delivery, allowing charities to focus on supporter engagement and fundraising.
