We're an event management company based in Edinburgh, but we'll go wherever adventure calls. How do we work? Firstly, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified to ensure impeccable standards across our events. Secondly, we conduct a 'take only photographs, leave only footprints' policy, to maximise sustainability and environmental protection. How we Operate.
1. Enquiries and Bookings.
Let's chat about your requirements. We'll either match you with one of our existing events, or create a bespoke challenge to suit your needs. We believe in doing good, and are here to support charities, not exploit them.
2. Event Development Process.
Next, let's talk specifics. This includes resources, timeframes and operational planning. Once a plan has been agreed, leave the groundwork to us. Safety is of the utmost importance, and our extensive risk assessment experience will ensure a safe adventure for all.
3. Event Delivery.
Before setting foot on any trek or trail, you'll receive essential pre-event information and training. When the big day arrives, such preparation will allow you to focus purely on the challenge ahead. Event days are for enjoyment, so leave the 'behind the scenes' work to us.
4. Monitoring & Measuring.
We pride ourselves as being honest, open and accountable. We aim to ensure that every event that we organise reflects our reputation, and that our clients achieve their desired results. We're only happy if you are.
5. Management Review.
Once we've gathered feedback and results, we internally evaluate performance, taking immediate corrective action on any non-conformities. Our audits allow us to identify opportunities, and overcome any weaknesses.
6. Continual Improvement.
We employ ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management Systems because we believe that continual improvement is inherent in event management. We adopt the 'Plan-Do-Check-Act' Cycle to control and advance our event processes.
