Breaking Strain is all about finding limits and giving them a friendly wee shove. Few of us are lucky enough to be born with natural ability, some get to the very top through hard work and determination and the willingness to make pain their friend; but what makes everyday people take on extraordinary challenges time and again? These challenges are relative: what might be a cake-walk for some could be the Everest for others.
In our interviews we’ll be looking at those who have overcome their own wall, what motivates and drives them and the psychological battles that are waged to succeed. Our aim during these interviews is to help folk who are doing exciting things for great causes tell their stories.
